First, please note that you can access the content of this website without providing personal data; however, where necessary, such data are collected through the website www.donavet.ro. (“Website”), in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and Law no. 190/2018 on measures for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The Website concerns the activity of the veterinary division of DONA.LOGISTICĂ S.A. (“DONA VET”). The identification details of this company are provided in the following paragraphs.

LOGISTICĂ S.A., a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office in Oraș Chitila, Str. Pădurii no. 4, Ilfov County, and its correspondence address in Bucharest, Str. Preciziei no. 20, Building A, Sector 6, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2024000026235, having the unique tax identification code RO3596251 (“DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A.”, “We”) and S.C. DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity with its registered office and correspondence address at Str. Preciziei no. 20, room 1, floor 2, Sector 6, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2014014531409, tax identification code 33901012 (“DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L.”, “We”), have the capacity of controllers, within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR.

4 Who has access to your data?
We would like to point out that the processed data will not be transferred outside Romania. For the purposes mentioned above, DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A. and, where applicable, DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L., as data controllers according to the above, may disclose your personal data to the following recipients:
- the contractual partners of DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A., with whom DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A. collaborates in order to carry out the activities mentioned above;
- the contractual partners of DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L., with whom DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L. collaborates in order to carry out the activities involving it, as mentioned above (advertising, marketing, newsletter providers);

5 How long do we process your personal data?
For the purpose of communication through the Website
Your personal data are processed for a period of 5 years or until you (with justification) exercise your right to erasure or restriction of the data, or your right to object.
For the newsletter purpose
Your personal data will be processed for 5 years or until you exercise your right to object or withdraw the consent given for the processing of your personal data.
6 What are your rights regarding the processing of personal data:
According to the applicable legal provisions, you benefit from the following rights, which may be exercised individually or cumulatively:
- Right of access to your personal data
You may request confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed by DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A. and/or DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L.;
You may request access to such data, as well as certain information about them (e.g., the purposes of processing and the categories of processed data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be disclosed, the duration of processing or the criteria used to determine that period, the existence of certain rights provided by law, the source of the information, etc.);
At your request, DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A. or, where applicable, DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L. will also provide you with a copy of the processed personal data, and for any additional copies requested, a reasonable fee may be charged, strictly based on administrative costs.
- Right to rectification of your personal data
You may obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data.
- Right to erasure of your personal data
In the situations regulated by Art. 17 GDPR, you may obtain the erasure of the respective data.
- Right to restriction of processing of your personal data
In the situations expressly regulated by Art. 18 GDPR, you may obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data;
According to Art. 4(3) GDPR, restriction of processing means that DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A. and/or DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L. will mark your personal data in order to limit their future processing and will not carry out other processing operations on such data except with your consent or in other cases expressly provided by law.
- Right to object to the processing of your personal data
You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data in certain cases expressly provided by law.
If you exercise this right, DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A. or, where applicable, DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L. will no longer process your personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- Right to data portability
In the cases expressly regulated by Art. 20 GDPR, you may receive, in a structured format, the data you have provided to us and you may request that such data be transmitted to another controller.
- Right to withdraw your consent
Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- Right not to be subject to an automated decision, including profiling
If DONA. LOGISTICĂ S.A. and/or DONA MARKETING GRUP S.R.L. makes automated decisions in connection with personal data and these decisions significantly affect you, you may:
(i) obtain human intervention regarding that processing;
(ii) express your point of view regarding that processing;
(iii) obtain explanations regarding the decision made;
(iv) challenge that decision.

Regarding the manner in which your personal data are processed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent personal data processing supervisory authority.
